Only board-certified plastic surgeons are granted operating privileges at our facility. Kelsey Strong
Director of Nursing
Kelsey oversees all clinical nursing operations and ensures the highest standards of patient care, safety, and compliance. With a strong background in perioperative nursing and leadership, Kelsey plays a critical role in coordinating surgical workflows, supporting the nursing team, and maintaining excellence across every phase of the patient experience. Her calm, detail-oriented approach and commitment to best practices help ensure that each patient feels confident, cared for, and supported throughout their surgical journey.
Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Forrest. She loves camping, dirt bike riding, and adventuring with their dog, Cleo.
Xai Finely
Administrative Coordinator
Xai plays an important role in supporting both our clinical team and patients throughout the surgical process. She assists with administrative operations and is often the first point of contact for patients, calling to prepare them before surgery and warmly greeting them on the morning of their procedure. Xai’s calm, organized, and compassionate approach helps patients feel informed, comfortable, and at ease during every step of their experience.
She is currently pursuing a future career in nursing, bringing a strong interest in patient care and clinical knowledge into her administrative role. Outside of work, Xai enjoys discovering new music and traveling, always eager to explore new places and experiences.
